A visit to the Fjord & Belt is a real family experience. You can spend many hours in the exhibits and feeding of both the seals and porpoises. Fjord & Belt has the same prices all year round, except during school holidays. See periods below.

We strive to Fjord & Belt should be a nice place to visit for all our guests. We have gathered some practical information for those of our guests who may have special needs. If during your visit has experienced something that you were unhappy with, we'd like to know. Then we can quickly correct any errors or omissions.

Fjord & Belt has a car park with space for approximately 50 cars. The car park is located at the main entrance. In the summer months, where we have many guests, all parking places are often recorded, but then there are several options for parking in the immediate vicinity of the Fjord & Belt. Behind Kerteminde City Hall is almost always available (free of charge and no time limit). From here there are two to three hundred meters to the Fjord & Belt's main entrance. The town hall is the brown building at the traffic lights northeast of Fjord & Belt.
Fjord & Belt is arranged so that there is access for disabled people in wheelchairs everywhere. But to create exciting exhibitions requires that there are many nooks and crannies where necessary with a little patience. Many places in the house are different levels that can not be negotiated by wheelchair. But then there is always access to the same area from elsewhere. Handicap toilet is located on the first floor, which is accessible by elevator. There is access to the basement aquarium and underwater tunnel with elevator. It may seem impossible to find around the house. But the staff are of course always ready to lend a hand. Note that there is free admission for one helper per. wheelchair user and per. blind. Deaf have the opportunity to borrow a wheelchair.
For our youngest guests - all of you who still use nappies and to be rolled around in a cart - we have strollers that we lends free to your mother and father. If you bring your own stroller or pram, it is also possible to get around the center. Need for a nappy change, there is a baby changing room in one of the toilets in the reception and on the first floor. If you are very small, there are plush armchairs in the exhibition where your mom can sit well when you want to breastfeed.
A longer visit with a lot of activities at Fjord & Belt can work up an appetite most. In the summer guests can enjoy their packed lunches at tables and benches outdoors. On rainy days there are shelter under the giant awnings framing the terrace at Fjord & Belt. School classes like. may, subject to availability, use school service local.
It is not allowed to smoke in Fjord & Belt buildings and the outdoor area by porpoises and seals. It is allowed to smoke in the outdoor cafe on the waterfront.
For the sake of our marine mammals are not allowed to bring dogs on the Fjord & Belt. But who are keen dog hooks at the main entrance where the dog can lie in the shade and we always strive to have a bowl of fresh water. You can with your Fjord & Belt bracelet at all times go out and vent your dog and get back in the center. Contact the reception if there is no fresh water for your dog.
We are very aware that there must always be clean and tidy throughout the Fjord & Belt. The toilets are cleaned several times a day. If you should find something that is not clean, please tell the staff that will immediately arrange for cleaning. All waste containers in the exhibitions and in outdoor areas at Fjord & Belt is designed so that you can sort paper and cardboard from other waste. Help us make it right.
